A versatile, lean cut, which can be used for a variety of dishes. Our dry-aged beef rump is left to age on the bone, before being expertly boned out by hand, and cut to size.

It's Important to note that all produce will be cut by hand to order. Produce weights will not fall below minimum but may exceed the stated weights.
