Our beef fore-rib is dry aged on the bone for 28 days to ensure that there is a significant break down of muscle fibres, leading to a higher concentration of flavours. A Church's fore-rib is an excellent choice for roasting on any occasion, no matter the number of guests you are feeding. Whether it be for just the four individuals eating or sixteen to twenty, we can accommodate your requirements.

It's Important to note that all produce will be cut by hand to order. Produce weights will not fall below minimum but may exceed the stated weights.
