Our beef fore-rib is dry aged on the bone for 28 days to ensure that there is a significant break down of muscle fibres, leading to a higher concentration of flavours. A Church's fore-rib is an excellent choice for roasting on any occasion, no matter the number of guests you are feeding. Whether it be for just the four individuals eating or sixteen to twenty, we can accommodate your requirements.

It's Important to note that all orders will be cut to order some some weights may be over CHECK FOR FINAL WORDING
