Dry-aged Rib-eye Steak

Out of all the steaks, the rib-eye holds the most flavour; this is largely due to the fat which is naturally held within this cut. Our ageing process also concentrates the flavour of the beef, which in turn makes our rib-eye even more flavoursome when it comes to cooking.

It's Important to note that all produce will be cut by hand to order. Produce weights will not fall below minimum but may exceed the stated weights.
