Boneless lamb rumps form small roasting joints, which are trimmed and banded by our expert butchers for ideal cooking. Each one of these usually provides one serving, and normally weighs approximately 250-300 g.

It's Important to note that all produce will be cut by hand to order. Produce weights will not fall below minimum but may exceed the stated weights.
