If we were a festival, the Epping Sausage would be our headline act. Our founder Stephen John Church created and sold the famous Epping Sausage over 130 years ago – We have made them to the same recipe ever since. You could say we know a thing or to when it comes to sausages! We stock a wide variety of sausages, from the standard large pork which are a huge favourite amongst our team, right through to our 80% lean pork sausage - the chipolatas are also a big family favourite!
