If we were a festival, the Epping Sausage would be our headline act. Our founder Stephen John Church created and sold the now famous Epping Sausage over 130 years ago – We have made them to the same recipe ever since.

We now stock multiple varieties of the Epping Sausage, from standard large pork, which is free from herb and spices, right through to 90% pork ultra-lean sausage – the chipolatas are also a big family favourite!
