Our beef is sourced from only the best beef producers in the England and Scotland. We pride our beef on its quality, flavour and consistency. The distance between each farm and shop is smaller than that of imported beef. This means fresher meat and less of a carbon footprint.

Our butchers expertly trim every beef cut to an excellent standard. We guarantee quality assurance with both The AHDB Quality Standard Mark Scheme and the Red Tractor Assurance scheme for all of our beef and lamb. This means we ensure food safety, animal welfare and care for the environment.
